the least interesting page here

Every few years I make a web page, spend a few hours tweaking it to conform to some semblance of the latest web design fads, and then abandon it. If I'm lucky, the purpose I had in mind in creating the website is still relevant by the time I get all the cool styling out of the way. Because what use is substance without style?

But this time I'm serious. At least enough so to buy a domain. Any way, this is about the last page to have interesting content on it. It's about the web site itself.

The HTML is generated from text files by a perl script. Yes, this means I wrote my own templating/markup system instead of using any of about six thousand superior options, mainly because it was less bother than just trying to pick a good one. I use the 960 grid system.

That's all.
